The Smashing Machine
Appearing at this year’s Venice Film Festival, “The Smashing Machine” is Safdie’s feature version of the true story of UFC/MMA fighter Mark Kerr, one of the pioneers of no-holds fighting, starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in amazing fight sequences, along with his long-time acting partner Emily Blunt, to deliver a “knockout” of a movie.
