In The Hand Of Dante
Appearing at this year’s Venice Film Festival, “In The Hand Of Dante” is Schnabel’s epic vision of Nick Tosches’ novel of the same name, jumping back and forth between 2000s New York, and 1200s Italy, with headliners in cast like Oscar Isaac, Gal Godot, and Gerard Butler performing dual roles in both eras. BFD created the end title sequence, that makes the most of the dual roles. The film premieres out of competition on Sept 3, and director will also receive the Cartier Glory to The Filmmaker Award on the same evening.
